10 year warranty

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Boutique bath. Your Boutique bath has a ten-year warranty. We are sure that you will have many years of bathing pleasure. Boutique manufactures to exacting quality standards and our ten-year warranty demonstrates our confidence in our product. Boutique Baths is committed to customer satisfaction.

We warrant to repair or replace, at our cost, the product to which this warranty is applicable. To this extent, we will honor this warranty on the proviso that a fault in workmanship or materials manifests itself within this period. Notice to Boutique must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Nothing contained in this warranty will place any obligation on Boutique to repair or replace a product which has been misused, damaged by others or incorrectly installed, i.e. not to our installation specifications.

This warranty is not transferable and is specifically given to the original purchaser. Any modifications and/or alterations to the product are not covered by this warranty. Boutique Baths will also not accept any consequential damages as a result of this warranty. Remove all protective packaging from your bath prior to installation and/or storage. Check carefully for damages. Boutique will not accept any claims for damage or product inaccuracies 48 hours after receipt of goods or after the bath has been installed.
